DESCRIPTION

New construction, residential and commercial use building complex. The complex will encompass 146,000 square feet, with hotel rooms taking up 56,500 square feet of commercial space and apartments occupying 89,000 square feet of residential. Kutnicki Bernstein is the architect of record, and Raad Studio is designing the interiors. There will be 188 hotel rooms, 59 apartments and 156 enclosed parking spaces. Floors two through seven will hold 27 to 44 hotel rooms each, and floors eight to 14 will include anywhere from four to 13 apartments, with fewer, larger units on higher floors. Plans also call for a restaurant and retail on the ground floor, followed by tennis and basketball courts on the second floor, and pools on the first and fourth floors.
